The Texas Rangers have been at the bottom of the heap in the baseball world since they were founded in 1961. This team won three division titles in four years but pitching never allowed them to make it through the playoffs. After this time period, Alex Rodriguez played for this team before being sold to the Yankees for Alfonso Soriano and Joaquin Arias. Since then Rangers have been improving but will need more time to get back into division championship form.
